These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online shop services provided by Fuwa Market (hereinafter referred to as "the Store").

Product prices are displayed including tax, based on Japanese Yen (JPY).

Product photos are displayed as close to the actual products as possible; however, differences in color and texture may occur due to viewing environment or manufacturing process.
Returns or exchanges due to such individual differences or display environment differences will not be accepted.

Article 4 (Prohibition of Resale)

Resale or distribution to third parties for purchasing or commercial purposes of products sold by the Store is prohibited.
If a violation is confirmed, responses such as order cancellation or suspension of delivery may be taken.

Article 5 (Orders and Payments)

Changes to orders or contents (quantity, delivery address, etc.) after order confirmation cannot be accepted.

Article 6 (Delivery and Communication)

Regarding delivery and communication, the contents of the "About Delivery" section on this site apply.
Taxes, fees, and communication charges are the responsibility of the customer in case of overseas delivery.

Article 7 (Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges)

Regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges, the provisions of the "Returns and Refund Policy" on this site apply.

Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)

Customers shall not engage in the following conduct:

  1. Acts violating laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts infringing on the rights of third parties or the Store
  3. Unauthorized access, unauthorized payment, or fraudulent registration
  4. Purchasing for resale purposes
  5. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Store

Article 9 (Suspension of Service Provision)

Due to natural disasters, system failures, or suspension of logistics, services may be suspended or delayed without prior notice.
The Store shall not be liable for any damages arising from such circumstances.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Store shall not be responsible for any damages caused by product use, delivery delays, tax burdens, or data loss.
However, this limitation does not apply in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Store.

Article 11 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights for photos, texts, designs, logos, etc. on this site belong to the Store and rights holders.
Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or use is prohibited.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
Any disputes related to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts located in Hyogo Prefecture as the court of first instance.
